NEWS!!! Our pre-recorded online childbirth class

We will offer a pre-recorded childbirth class taught by Susanna Heli, the author of the book “Give Birth Without Fear”. This course contains all the elements of our face-to-face/live online childbirth class. Alone or with your birth partner you will learn how to use the four Give Birth Without Fear tools during labour, the theory behind the method and how your birth partner can best help you.
